So lately it is very rare that you see me in much colour at all. I tend to be in black, white, grey and brown. I think my wardrobe has only 2 items hanging in there that are brightly coloured and to be fair I can't remember the last time I wore them.

Today I wore a chunky black and white tartan scarf £5 off Depop (originally Topshop), grey 3/4 sleeved top 50p from car boot (originally Topshop), black disco leggings £10 Missguided and my Vans.

This afternoon I was invited for an interview regarding the available position of Medical Administrator for the lung cancer department at the local hospital. 

For the interview I wore a white sheer blouse 50p from car boot (originally Zara), black ribbed bodycon skirt £8 from H&M, black tights £4 also from H&M and black flats £5 from Primark.

Hectic Life Back On Track

So since my last post a lot has changed and happened which has prevented me from coming on here regularly so I thought I would just take some time out until I was able to commit again.

So now.. Here I am.. Getting this blog back up and running as it should be. Firstly I would like to wish everyone a belated Happy New Year! 

Today is my mum's birthday and I have spoilt her rotten as she deserves it. Treated her to Linda Bellingham's final book which she asked for and then took her out for a lovely meal.

Today I wore a grey cold shoulder shirt £12.99 from H&M, super skinny jeans £15 River Island sale, black and white vintage tartan scarf 50p car boot and my (what were white) Vans.

Slightly Successful

Today's car boot sales weren't so successful.. The weather was warm but cloudy so I think they may have put some sellers off. I managed to get myself a few bargains.. 5 items for £5.. Really can't go wrong with that!

Today's finds include a faux fur gilet, 2 jumpers, a shirt and a jumpsuit! Brands including New Look, Next and Topshop!

There were some other items of clothing out there but after last weeks huge success I thought it best I didn't go overboard.. And luckily I wasn't given that opportunity with the lack of decent clothing sellers and clothing of my style.

Just Can't Beat It

Took my dog Toby to the vets today for a possible allergic as he's been itching a lot more than usual and no sign of fleas. They've put him on a course of Piraton to see if that will help. Only time will tell!

Other than that I've been trying to get into the programme 24 since completing Dexter but I can't say I'm enjoying it. It's not gripping me like Dexter or Breaking Bad.

Today I wore black skinny fit jeans originally from New Look but I got from the car boot for £1, flat shoes £4 from Primark and a white thin jumper £1 from the car boot.

Pick A Penny Or Two

So back to the drawing board... Applying for jobs again, let's hope I'll have better luck second time round!

I'm still continuing to add items daily to my Depop and have around 100 items currently still available and all at reasonably cheap prices, I'm also open to offers. Any money received for selling my items are being saved to buy a plane ticket to go see my best friend.. My boyfriend over in Abu Dhabi as I miss him A LOT! So every penny counts and is gratefully appreciated.

Today I wore black and white striped oversized tshirt originally from ASOS but I bought off Depop for £4, Missguided leggings £7.99 and white Vans (birthday present).

I'm in desperate need of more Missguided leggings but unfortunately they no longer sell them online! Hopefully I can hunt them down on Depop soon!
